Open Door will provide free standard-dose flu shots at this event, while supplies last.

If you believe you should receive a high-dose flu shot, contact your primary care provider or call Open Door at (765) 286-7000.

While flu shots at this event are limited to ages 5+, please note CDC recommends flu shots for ages 6 months+.
