The Open Door Health Services pharmacy will provide affordable medications and personalized pharmacy service within the downtown Muncie health center (333 S. Madison St.). The Open Door pharmacy will be available to established Open Door patients. It will accept most private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. Sliding fee discounts will be available for those who are uninsured or underinsured based on household size and income. Ask about other programs that may help you save money on prescriptions.

• Monday: 9 a.m.–Noon (Limited services currently available; ask your provider if these services are an option for you.)

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

• Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

• Friday: 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

• Saturday & Sunday: Closed
