Immunizations Children’s immunizations are no-cost for those covered by Medicaid/HIP/Hoosier Healthwise, as well as those without insurance. Insurance will be billed when applicable, and the insured may receive a bill. COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters will be available for anyone ages 5 years and up.
Athletic Physicals $25 flat fee due at time of service.
