Mental Health Seminar

  • Open Door Health Services 333 S. Madison St. Muncie (map)

Are you in a people-focused role at home or work? When someone asks how you're doing, are you all too familiar with answers like, "I feel so burnt out," or "The stress never seems to end," or "Things are just HARD"?

Our East Central Indiana community has faced plenty of stress in the last several years: a pandemic, mental illness and addiction crises, and increasing demands on our time and energy. This stress can be especially challenging for those who spend their days caring for others—teachers, parents, healthcare professionals, and other community leaders. As we care for others, it's important that we “put our own mask on first” in order to keep doing this important work.

Dr. Nick Lee will share strategies for your own mental health and resilience, so we can all keep doing this important work. A Q&A time will round out the discussion. Registration is required for this FREE event. Click here to register.
