Immunizations

Children’s immunizations are no-cost for those covered by Medicaid/HIP/Hoosier Healthwise, as well as those without insurance. Private insurance will be billed when applicable, and the insured may receive a bill.

Sports Physicals — FREE!

Sports physicals are NO-COST. Parent/legal guardian must be present—please bring completed IHSAA form (copies available at event).

No appointment needed! You do not need to be an Open Door patient.
