Mobile Unit

The Open Door Mobile Unit is a medical office on wheels, offering care for all ages. Appointments are welcome, and walk-ins can often be accommodated. 

The Mobile Unit operates one day a week at Muncie Central High School. It also provides services at special events. Anyone is welcome to use the Mobile Unit at its school and event visits, even if they are not an Open Door patient or a student.

The Mobile Unit is not operating until further notice due to maintenance. Updates will be posted here.

Schedule notes:

• When operating at school sites, the unit will follow any school delays or cancellations, except for fog delays.

• We make every effort to post other changes to the unit’s schedule in this space (e.g., days off for maintenance).

• Occasionally a provider is not present on the unit and nurse’s visits are offered. Please call ahead to ensure a provider is available for your visit.
