Anderson Family Planning location transition

Open Door's Anderson Family Planning office is transitioning its services to another facility in Madison County.

During relocation, providing you convenient access to high quality care will remain our priority . You will have multiple options for accessing women’s health and gynecological services, as well as contraceptives:

Anderson Family Practice

St. Vincent Medical Arts Bldg., 2101 Jackson St., Suite 8, Anderson, 46016

Women’s health and gynecological services are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays at this location. You may incur fees for services at the family practice. Insurance will be billed, if applicable, and sliding fee discounts are also available for those with and without insurance coverage.

Contraceptives are not offered at this location, but your provider may choose to write a prescription for contraceptives.

Muncie Family Planning

905 S. Walnut St., Muncie, 47302

All services provided at the Anderson Family Planning clinic are also available to you at the Muncie clinic, including women’s health, gynecological services, and contraceptives.

Once we are situated in the new facility, all services offered at the previous location will resume at the new location.
