Back to School: Athletic Physicals and Immunizations

Open Door is visiting Muncie neighborhoods to make sure your child has the immunizations and sports physicals they need for the new school year.

Plan to join us at one of five Back to School events, with no appointment needed.

• Immunizations
  Children’s immunizations are no-cost for those covered by Medicaid/HIP/Hoosier Healthwise, as well as those without insurance. Insurance will be billed when applicable, and the insured may receive a bill. COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters will be available for anyone ages 5 years and up.

• Athletic Physicals
  $25 flat fee due at time of service.
