Carrie earned her doctorate in nursing practice from the University of Maryland School of Nursing. She specializes in obstetric and gynecological care and is passionate about empowering women. A certified nurse-midwife since 2005, she also has delivered more than 1,000 babies. Carrie provides prenatal care for pregnant patients in the OB Right Start program.
