With a dual masters in marriage and family therapy and school counseling from California State University, Northridge, Dr. Hess feels strongly about reducing the stigma around mental health. She founded Muncie’s Maternal Mental Health Coalition and advocated in Washington D.C for policies that support new moms and families. Beyond her work, Dr. Hess enjoys being outside and spending time with her two boys.
